I had seen two other audiologist over the years with bad experiences. Dr Walker is a breath of fresh air. She is professional and honest.
The first audiologist I saw had her sharpie out circling the most expensive hearing aid she had before I had been seated. When I voiced my problems and concerns she ignored them. The second audiologist was not as bad but still left me unsatisfied.

Dr Walker actually listened to me. Explained why the hearing aids I thought I wanted would be wrong and recommended a pair that happened to be cheaper! Also, and this is important, managed my expectations with how much help I could honestly expect. The first day she spent 2 and a half hours with me!!!
